Terms of service

TERMS OF SERVICE

OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Shedelle. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Shedelle. Shedelle offers this website, including all information, tools, products, and services available through it, conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service.

By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the website. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the website or purchase our products.

SECTION 1 — ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit viruses, malicious code, or any content intended to damage or interfere with the website.

SECTION 2 — GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, limit quantities, or restrict access to the website when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, pricing errors, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Any cancellation by Shedelle will be communicated using the contact information provided with the order. If payment has already been captured for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

SECTION 3 — INFORMATION ON THIS WEBSITE

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and current. However, product information, availability, pricing, descriptions, images, delivery estimates, promotions, and other content may occasionally contain errors or become outdated.

We may correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders when reasonably necessary. If a material error affects an order you already placed, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.

SECTION 4 — PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Products offered by Shedelle are available exclusively online and may have limited or changing availability.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, dimensions, materials, features, and images accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, manufacturing batches, and other reasonable production differences.

Product images may include lifestyle settings, props, or visual elements that are not included with the product. The items included in an order are determined by the selected product variant and the product description displayed at the time of purchase.

We do not guarantee that a product will produce identical results for every customer, pet, fabric, or surface. Customers should review the product description and use the product only as instructed.

Test the product on a small, inconspicuous area before using it on delicate or unfamiliar fabrics. Stop using the product if it appears to damage a surface or cause irritation.

SECTION 5 — PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. A price change does not affect an order that has already been accepted, except when there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

Applicable taxes, duties, shipping charges, or other fees will be displayed at checkout when required and available.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and payment information. You also agree to promptly update information necessary for us to process your order or contact you.

Payment processing may be provided by Shopify or other third-party payment providers. Shedelle does not directly store complete payment card information.

SECTION 6 — ORDERS

An order confirmation means that we have received your order. It does not guarantee final acceptance, product availability, or successful fulfillment.

We may cancel or modify an order because of:

• Product unavailability
• Payment authorization failure
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Incomplete or invalid shipping information
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
• Shipping restrictions
• Other circumstances that reasonably prevent fulfillment

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their product selection, quantity, shipping address, apartment or unit number, and contact information before submitting an order.

SECTION 7 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Processing and delivery timeframes displayed on our website are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, weather, customs procedures, local service interruptions, peak seasons, address issues, or other circumstances outside Shedelle’s reasonable control.

Tracking information will be provided when available. Tracking updates may take time to appear after an order is fulfilled.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, an unclaimed package, refused delivery, or failure to cooperate with the carrier may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

Additional shipping terms are provided in our Shipping Policy.

SECTION 8 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Return, refund, replacement, and cancellation requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Submitting a request does not mean that it has been automatically approved. We may require an order number, photographs, video, shipping-label information, or other reasonable evidence to assess a claim.

Do not return a product to the address shown on its original package. Returns must be authorized in advance, and the correct return instructions will be provided after the request is reviewed.

SECTION 9 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may use services, applications, payment processors, analytics providers, shipping carriers, fulfillment providers, or other tools operated by third parties.

We are not responsible for the independent websites, policies, availability, or actions of third parties, except to the extent required by applicable law. Your use of a third-party service may also be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policy.

Shopify provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer products to you, but purchases made through this store are transactions between the customer and Shedelle.

SECTION 10 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily mean that Shedelle endorses or controls those websites.

Review the applicable terms and privacy policies before providing information or completing a transaction on a third-party website.

SECTION 11 — REVIEWS, COMMENTS, AND SUBMISSIONS

If you submit a review, photograph, suggestion, comment, or other content, you confirm that:

• You have the right to submit it
• It reflects your genuine experience or opinion
• It does not violate another person’s rights
• It is not unlawful, abusive, deceptive, defamatory, or malicious
• It does not contain harmful code or misleading information

You grant Shedelle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, edit for formatting, and use submitted content in connection with the store and its marketing, where permitted by law.

We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms, but we are not obligated to monitor every submission.

SECTION 12 — PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information submitted through the store is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Shopify and other service providers may process information as necessary to operate the store, process payments, fulfill orders, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.

SECTION 13 — PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the website:

• For unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• To violate intellectual property or privacy rights
• To submit false or misleading information
• To distribute malware or harmful code
• To interfere with the security or operation of the website
• To collect personal information about others without authorization
• To attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• To place fraudulent orders or misuse promotions, refunds, or chargebacks

We may suspend access or cancel orders associated with prohibited conduct.

SECTION 14 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

We provide the website and its content on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 15 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shedelle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other rights protected by mandatory consumer law.

SECTION 16 — INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Shedelle against third-party claims, losses, or reasonable expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

SECTION 17 — SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

SECTION 18 — TERMINATION

These Terms remain effective unless terminated by you or Shedelle. You may stop using the website at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms. Obligations and liabilities arising before termination will continue where applicable.

SECTION 19 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the policies posted on the website, constitute the agreement between you and Shedelle concerning your use of the store and purchases made through it.

If these Terms conflict with mandatory consumer protection law, the mandatory legal requirement will control.

SECTION 20 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Shedelle’s place of establishment, without excluding any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s place of residence.

SECTION 21 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms when necessary to reflect changes to our store, services, policies, or legal obligations. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.

Changes apply from the date they are published and do not retroactively remove rights associated with completed purchases.
